Our Rakau Room is specially crafted to cater for children from the age of approximately 20 months to 3 years (this is flexible). Like its name, we are all about forming deeper roots with our families and friends while also branching out and discovering the wider world around us.
As a Team Leader you will use your positive energy to build relationships with the team, children & parents, while developing, engaging & encouraging your staff. What we're seeking:
- A Qualified & Fully Registered ECE Teacher who is caring, responsible, and has a natural knack for leading
- Thorough knowledge and experience working with Reggio Emilia Approach
- Previous leadership experience considered an asset
